Nature of work

  • to carry out public procurement procedures in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, the Simplified Procurement Rules, the Description of the Procedure for Low-Value Procurement and other legal acts;
  • to prepare and submit, in accordance with the procedure established by the Public Procurement Service, announcements and reports on public procurement of goods, services and works;
  • to publish and monitor documents (draft technical specifications, concluded contracts) that must be published in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Procurement;
  • to prepare and coordinate draft purchase and sale contracts and organize the processes of signing contracts.

Requirements:

  • not lower than higher legal university education with a bachelor's degree;
  • to know and be able to apply the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, other laws, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating the organization and implementation of public procurement, the conclusion of contracts;
  • to have a valid procurement specialist certificate.
  • to be able to independently plan and organize work;
  • to be able to smoothly express thoughts in writing and orally, to know the rules of clerical work.
