BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Organization and coordination of the work of nursing staff;
- Drawing up and controlling work schedules;
- Ensuring the quality of nursing care and patient safety;
- Supervision of medical documentation;
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and infection control;
- Introduction of new employees and organization of training;
- Cooperation with doctors and administration;
- Participation in the improvement of clinic processes and preparation for development and possible cooperation with the State Health Insurance Fund (in the direction of PSDF service provision).
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have a general practice nurse education;
- you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of nursing;
- you speak English and Russian - AN ADVANTAGE;
- you have experience in leadership and team coordination;
- you are able to organize work and solve problems;
- you have leadership qualities;
