CHIEF COUNSEL (LABOR LAW)

We are looking for a labor law colleague for a fixed-term contract period (with the possibility of later joining the team indefinitely). This position is a unique opportunity to consult colleagues from Ignitis Group companies on labor law issues and shape labor law practice, get to know the activities carried out, get to know business processes, and realize your accumulated legal knowledge. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Providing various consultations on labor law issues;
• Analyzing current labor law regulations and monitoring new legal initiatives, forming new legal concepts and legal practice directions in the field of labor law;
• Managing labor law risks of any kind, developing risk or potential legal consequences management measures and ensuring their control and implementation;
• Solving and identifying non-standard, complex and/or complex labor law problems and situations while ensuring the legality of decisions made on labor law issues;
• Preparing contracts, other necessary documents, legal analyses, draft legal acts, procedural documents within the scope of competence;
• Communicating with regulatory authorities, management and other interested parties, if necessary, representing them in courts and other dispute resolution institutions;
• Participating in working groups, initiating necessary process changes, planning, involving resources, leading and managing projects.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
