Nature of work
- preparation and evaluation of contracts, letters, claims;
- provision of legal advice on construction law, public procurement issues;
- identification of legal risks and provision of recommendations for their management;
- preparation of procedural documents;
- representation in courts;
- standardization of documents, contracts and processes, improvement of legal processes;
- performance of other legal tasks.
Employee requirements
- higher university legal education;
- experience in legal work;
- knowledge of construction law;
- knowledge of public procurement law;
- experience working with high-value construction projects;
- ability to react quickly, analytical thinking, attention to detail, critical thinking;
- correct and fluent presentation of thoughts;
- knowledge of English at least B2 level.
