We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Management Division of the Digital Solutions and Data Management Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency, technical direction, quality of analytics solutions and close partnership with business customers of one of the data analytics teams. This is a position for someone who feels comfortable managing the flow of tasks, helping the team solve complex tasks and contributing to the highest level of analytical solutions.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

  • Managing the backlog of one of the data analytics teams: prioritizing tasks, planning work, assessing scope, dependencies and risks;
  • Helping the team solve the most complex technical and analytical tasks;
  • Ensuring the quality of analytics solutions: you will develop standards, apply "review" and "QA" practices, strengthen good data modeling practices;
  • Collaborating with business customers: you will help refine needs and transform them into technical specifications and analytical solutions;
  • Strengthening team competencies, knowledge sharing and methodological consistency;
  • Managing risks, dependencies and escalations together with data engineering and data governance teams.

Important for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics / BI;
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading the technical direction of an analytics team, managing backlog and prioritizing work;
  • Ability to manage a team and independently solve high-complexity tasks;
  • Very good knowledge of SQL, Power BI (DAX) and Python;
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, performance optimization and analytical solution design;
  • Good understanding of DWH, data flows, semantic modeling and Cloud principles;
  • Experience in refining business needs and translating them into technical solutions;
  • Ability to plan work, assess scope, deadlines, dependencies and risks;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in ensuring the quality of analytics solutions: principles of "review", "QA", data quality and "KPI" logic consistency.

An advantage would be:

  • Experience in developing the competencies of an analytics team;
  • Experience in formally managing people;
  • Practice in applying "Agile" / "Scrum" principles;
  • Experience in working with analytics standards, governance or common methodologies at the function level.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3430 to 5150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
