The System analyst/Business Systems & AI Automation Analyst supports and improves the company's business applications, with a focus on Zoho applications and the internal employee and business operations portal. The role works with business users to understand problems, configure and improve systems, prepare requirements for developers, test changes, and support users. The analyst also identifies opportunities to reduce manual work through workflow automation, integrations, and practical use of AI tools.

Maintain and improve Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects.
Configure workflows, fields, layouts, permissions, reports, dashboards, notifications, and other standard functionality.
Work with business teams to understand problems and translate needs into practical system and process improvements.
Support continuous development of the company's internal employee and business operations portal by preparing requirements and working with developers.
Prepare functional test scenarios, perform testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate releases.
Investigate user issues and determine whether they require training, data correction, configuration, integration, or development.
Identify repetitive or manual processes that can be simplified through standard functionality, automation, integrations, or AI.
Prototype and test practical AI-enabled improvements such as information extraction, summaries, request routing, task creation, and internal knowledge search.
Maintain system and process documentation, share knowledge, and provide operational coverage within a team.

Experience configuring and supporting CRM, service management, project management, portal, or similar business applications.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with functional testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation.
Understanding of workflows, integrations, APIs, data flows, roles, permissions, and data quality.
Practical experience using generative AI tools to improve a business process.
Ability to identify the underlying business problem and recommend a simple, practical solution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and prioritize according to business impact.
Strong written and spoken English and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems, application administration, quality assurance, systems support, or a similar role.
Practical experience configuring or supporting business applications and working directly with business users.
Experience working with software development teams in an Agile or Scrum environment is preferred.
A degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
