What you'll do

• Manage and maintain online marketing activities on the Lidl websites for Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia
• Participate in the design and development of web banners and newsletters
• Assist marketing colleagues in the operational development and implementation of the digital activities
• Collaborate with external agencies – hand over information, coordinate planned campaign activities
• Monitor website statistics and make changes according to the results
• Collaborate closely with the Lidl International team on website development, structural improvements, and regular updates

About you

• Experience and knowledge of working with Adobe programs (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Preferably experience in website management
• Understanding of UX/UI design will be considered an advantage
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills
• Desire to learn and has a result-oriented mindset
• Personal initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities in a dynamic and diverse work environment
