Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and security patches
- Support end-users with hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Manage software deployment and inventory using endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
- Maintain security compliance, including antivirus updates, encryption, and access policies
- Document standard procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Assist in planning and executing workstation refreshes, migrations, and upgrades
- Participate in IT projects related to end-user computing and workstation improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in desktop/workstation support or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management
- Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools (antivirus, encryption, patch management)
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and end-user support abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
