XPENG Junior Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a XPENG Junior Sales Manager who will take care of the daily processes of the sales team, customer experience, XPENG brand visibility and learn the art of sales. This position is intended for someone who wants to be close to technology, understand the world of electric cars and contribute to the growth of the brand in Lithuania.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and creating a first impression;
• Communicating with potential customers: answering, providing information, planning visits;
• Supporting the sales team processes (coordinating test drives, preparing for meetings);
• Assisting in preparing presentations, proposals and other sales materials;
• Entering data into CRM systems and administrative sales processes;
• Collaborating with the marketing team on events, partnerships and brand visibility;
• Organizing vehicle inspections, registration and related formalities;
• Helping customers understand technologies and their value;
• Supporting in creating a seamless Xpeng customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery.

What we expect from you:

• Passion for cars and interest in the automotive industry and technology;
• Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work;
• Ability to communicate clearly and smoothly with customers;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Category B driver's license;
• Ability to work with a computer and quickly learn new systems;
• Experience in using CRM systems (an advantage);
• Hard work, initiative and a desire to improve.

Salary: 1650 - 2440 €/month. excluding taxes. The salary consists of a fixed base part and a variable part, directly dependent on the results.
