We are looking for a Xpeng Sales Manager who will actively develop relationships with customers, understand their needs and offer solutions based on modern electric car technologies. This is a position for someone who is able to independently organize the sales process, sees value in long-term relationships and wants to contribute to Xpeng's growth in Lithuania.

Your responsibilities:

• Active B2C/B2B sales and development of relationships with customers (calls, meetings, visits);
• Organization of test drives and presentation of car functionality in real conditions;
• Representation of the Xpeng brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle;
• Consulting customers on models, configurations, technical features and technological solutions;
• Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
• Management of sales documentation and information in the CRM system;
• Participation in Xpeng events and business meetings, presenting cars and communicating with potential customers;
• Organization of car technical inspection and registration.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in car sales, especially working with the premium segment, would be an advantage);
• Higher education;
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility;
• Clear orientation to results and ability to work without constant control;
• Teamwork and ability to smoothly cooperate with different departments;
• Interest in technology, innovation and the development of electric vehicles;
• Ability to clearly communicate, negotiate and professionally present the product;
• Knowledge of English.

Salary: 3305.78 € - 6611.58 €/month. excluding taxes. The salary consists of a fixed base part and a variable part, directly dependent on results. The bonus system will be presented individually during the meeting.
