EVERYDAY HERE:
- You will be responsible for the growth and profitability of sales of the product categories entrusted to you in the largest Lithuanian retail chains - you will plan long-term business growth, set goals and prepare action plans to achieve them;
- You will ensure a smooth sales planning and implementation process - you will prepare sales forecasts, monitor the implementation of plans and coordinate actions with customers and internal teams;
- You will analyze sales results, customer performance indicators, market trends and competitor actions, identify growth opportunities and initiate data-based decisions;
- You will plan and manage the marketing and trade investment budget, assess the effectiveness of promotions and return on investment, in order to increase sales and profitability;
- You will make decisions on assortment optimization and development, promotion strategy and pricing, in order to increase product sales and strengthen their positions in the market;
- You will build and maintain long-term, mutually valuable relationships with key customers, negotiate commercial terms and seek new collaboration opportunities that ensure sustainable business growth.
WE ARE MOST LIKELY TALKING ABOUT YOU IF:
- Sales is not new territory for you (at least 1 year of experience);
- You communicate confidently in English both in meetings and in emails;
- You constantly develop your competencies, and you consider education only as a solid foundation;
- Analytical thinking is more than numbers for you, and partnership is a long-term relationship, not one successful deal;
- You base decisions on data, and you create partnerships not for one deal, but for long-term growth;
- And yes, a category B driver's license will also come in handy.
