Main responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic, responsible and communicative team member who will become the face of the new center and take care of a flawless visitor experience!
Greet visitors, provide information about services, prices and rules, issue identification bracelets, manage visitor flows through the control gates.
Perform cashier operations, accept payments (cash and card), manage cashier documentation and cooperate with accounting.
Plan and administer reservations for birthday parties, education and other events, check data, familiarize customers with the conditions and coordinate the course of the holidays.
Promptly respond to customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and other channels.
If necessary, maintain order and security in the play area, provide assistance to children and their parents.
Ensure compliance with the center's rules, safety and hygiene requirements, maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and customer service area.
Monitor the condition of equipment and inventory, record malfunctions if necessary and inform the manager.

Excellent communication skills, presentability and positive energy.
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to quickly navigate and solve situations.
Good computer literacy skills (for working with reservation and cashier systems).
Experience in customer service, cashier management or event coordination is a great advantage.
Orientation towards high quality of service to visitors (especially children and parents).

The company offers
Salary: €1200 / month. in hand.
Work schedule: Rolling (2 working / 2 days off), cumulative working time accounting.
