Nature of work
We are looking for someone to join the SAVU TEMPU team and help take care of the daily activities of the playroom.
This is not just administrative work - we are looking for an independent, tidy and friendly person who can take care of the space, visitors, celebrations and activities.
Working hours are flexible and individually arranged. Possible options:
We plan to hire 1-2 people, depending on what schedule and workload will best suit the candidates' capabilities.
What will need to be done?
Important: this is not childcare work. The care and safety of children in the playroom and during activities is the responsibility of the parents or other adults accompanying them.
This is not just administrative work - we are looking for an independent, tidy and friendly person who can take care of the space, visitors, celebrations and activities.
Working hours are flexible and individually arranged. Possible options:
- Part-time (~24 hours/week) on weekdays (10-19 with a break or 10-18 without a break) + every other weekend for birthdays
- Full-time on weekdays (10-18)
- Work only on weekends and weekday evenings - focused on organizing and conducting birthdays
- Another option, if you have your own schedule proposal - we will discuss it during the interview

What will need to be done?
- Receive and serve visitors to the playroom, provide them with the necessary information.
- Administer visitor registrations and payments.
- Prepare the space for children's birthdays and other celebrations and clean up after the celebration.
- Take care of the daily order and cleanliness of the playroom, maintain toys, furniture, tools and other inventory.
- Prepare the space for various activities.
- Organize and conduct sensory activities according to the prepared program.
- Ensure that the space is cozy, clean and pleasant for visitors.
Important: this is not childcare work. The care and safety of children in the playroom and during activities is the responsibility of the parents or other adults accompanying them.
What do we expect from you?
- You are responsible and can independently organize your work.
- You are tidy and notice when something needs to be tidied up or taken care of.
- You enjoy communicating with people and are pleasant to customers.
- You are not afraid of practical work - sometimes you will need to not only communicate with customers, but also clean the space, tidy up toys or prepare the premises for a celebration.
- You are able to follow the established procedure and instructions, you are reliable in handling visitor payments.
- You are punctual.
- You have a desire to learn and understand the activities AT YOUR OWN TEMPO.
- Experience in customer service, administration or event organization would be an advantage, but not necessary.
- Experience in conducting classes for children would be an advantage, but special education or pedagogical qualifications are not required.
