The strength of Atlas Premium Lietuva is teamwork. We invite someone who would like to become a leader of the Raw Material Tempering team to join us!
Your responsibilities as team leader(s):
- Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and established processes when performing tempering and other work;
- Monitor that production and preparation processes are carried out in accordance with food safety and quality standards;
- Inspect raw materials and products in accordance with applicable instructions and inform responsible persons about non-compliance with established standards;
- Manually load frozen and fresh fish blocks;
- Sort tempered and fresh products in accordance with established requirements;
- Drive a forklift and perform other auxiliary work in the workshop.
Our team expects from you:
- You know how to communicate with the team and create a good work environment;
- You know how to drive a forklift, or are ready to learn;
- You have computer skills;
- Russian language - an advantage;
- You have experience operating a bridge crane in production - an advantage.
We will offer you:
- The opportunity to work full-time (II shifts, changing every week): 6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00 and have weekends and holidays off;
- Free travel to/from work by company bus in the directions of Klaipėda, Kretinga, Kretingalė, Gargždai, Dovilai and Jakai;
- The company provides lunch - food is provided 2 times a week;
- Paid 0.5 hour break (you will work 7.5 hours, and you will receive payment for 8 hours);
