We are looking for a new team member – a raw material dosing operator, who would ensure smooth dough preparation and contribute to the production of high-quality bread products. This is a responsible and dynamic position, important for the entire baking process – from the first raw materials to the entry of the prepared dough into the production lines.
We are looking for a new team member – a raw material dosing operator, who would ensure smooth dough preparation and contribute to the production of high-quality bread products. This is a responsible and dynamic position, important for the entire baking process – from the first raw materials to the entry of the prepared dough into the production lines.
- Prepare raw materials and ensure their quality.
- Monitor and ensure the technological process of dough production.
- Measure and record the dough temperature and other indicators on control sheets or in a computer program.
- Follow the production plan: dough mixing time and sequence.
- Feed the prepared dough to the dividing devices on time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the workplace and equipment.
- Correctly manage and operate the equipment used.
Skills and requirements
- Education: secondary or primary.
- Work experience is not necessary - we train on the job.
- Basic computer skills.
- Personal qualities: energy, responsibility, endurance, willingness to work in a team.
Working hours
- Full-time (40 hours/week).
- Day and night shifts with a rolling schedule: day: 7 am-7 pm night: 7 pm-7 am.
Work location: Vilnius Bakery, Graičiūno st. 38A, Vilnius
