Raw material assembler | Electronics manufacturing

We are looking for a Raw Materials Assembler to join our growing team located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11, to supplement and strengthen our team.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will work in 2 shifts: I - 6:30-15:00, II - 15:00-23:30, 5 days a week (weekends and holidays off).
• Deliver components to different work centers according to production plans.
• Ensure that production employees do not run out of raw materials to perform production operations.
• Cooperate with colleagues from other departments in resolving issues of raw material transfer and movement.
• Oversee the internal movement of components - ensure that production components are collected, prepared and transferred to other departments on time.
• Maintain order and ensure that all components are in their places and visible in the systems.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse or production.
• Understanding of production performance indicators (KPIs) and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, problem-solving methods).
• Clear and constructive communication skills when cooperating with different departments of the company.
• Computer literacy (MS Office; experience working with warehouse or accounting systems is an advantage).

Salary

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position from 10 Eur/hr. to 12 Eur/hr. (~1680 Eur- ~2016 Eur per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage before tax.
