Your responsibilities:
- Plan raw material orders, assess production plans and raw material balances on a daily basis, form orders and monitor their execution in cooperation with the procurement coordinator.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery terms and terms, conclude and administer supply contracts, resolve delivery and quality issues and submit claims.
- Search for new raw material suppliers and alternative raw materials, assess their suitability in cooperation with the product development team.
- Ensure control of raw material quality and compliance with requirements, monitor the status of quarantine and laboratory tests and resolve raw material non-conformities in cooperation with quality and laboratory specialists.
- Manage raw material inventories, monitor their turnover, identify and reduce illiquid inventories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and effective use of working capital.
- Prepare and submit activity reports to the immediate manager and relevant state institutions, supervise the activities of the procurement coordinator and ensure smooth cooperation with the production, quality and product development teams.

Requirements:
- At least a higher non-university or higher university education (preferably in the fields of economics, management or business administration).
- Work experience in the field of procurement for at least 2 years (an advantage - in a manufacturing company, experience working with raw materials/packaging).
- Analytical thinking and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage inventories.
- Efficiency and constructiveness in solving problems with suppliers.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- English language skills at least C1 or C2 level.
- Driver's license category B.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
