Your responsibilities:
- Plan component orders based on sales forecasts.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring production needs and optimizing costs.
- Communicate with suppliers, send them orders, share demand forecasts, solve emerging problems.
- Ensure receipt of materials from order to arrival at warehouse.
- Update and maintain information in the company's ERP system.
- Make suggestions (in consultation with Supply Chain Manager) to improve existing procedures and practices and optimize existing processes.
- Prepare current situation and activity reports.
- Maintain a good relationship with the team: share your experience, make suggestions, listen to needs and help others with their tasks in the supply chain.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager(s).
This job requires:
- higher education in logistics, supply chain management, business or related field;
- at least two years of work experience in materials/production planning, purchasing or related field (experience working with production management software is preferred);
- knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs;
- strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- ability to ensure effective communication and excellent organizational and time planning skills;
- orientation to results and motivation to work;
- at least intermediate level knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
