Nature of work
- Administration of vehicle traffic accident claims;
- Administration of damaged and stolen cargo claims;
- Administration of fines;
- Preparation and processing of documents related to insured events;
- Communication with insurance companies, services, experts;
- Registration, tracking and control of claims from the event to full completion;
- Providing information to drivers and colleagues on claims issues;
- Preparation of reports for management;
- Work with internal systems and databases.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of transport, insurance or claims administration (advantage);
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several processes simultaneously;
- Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Fluency in English and Russian.
