What are we looking for?
We are looking for a CMR and Cargo Claims Administrator.
Someone who wants to join a growing company and contribute to creating real value. We value both experienced professionals who can immediately contribute knowledge and experience, as well as motivated candidates without experience - we will provide them with training and support so that they can quickly integrate into the team and grow together.

Primary responsibilities
- Administer claims: assess situations, identify possible solution scenarios and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Analyze data, develop insights and provide recommendations.
- Communicate with clients, their partners and insurance companies via email and phone.
What do we expect?

- Very good English language skills (at least C1).
- Ability to work with Microsoft 365 tools.
Advantages that will be your plus:
- Experience working with CMR and/or cargo damage.
- Legal knowledge (especially in the fields of transport or insurance law).
- Ability to apply AI tools that can facilitate and enrich daily work. A big plus if you can formulate precise prompts and use AI as a real work tool, and not just instead of Google search.

Salary
1500 euros (in cash) for candidates without experience. For experienced professionals, the remuneration will depend on the level of competence and experience
