What will you do in this job?
Your mission is to ensure that customers go through the claims administration process quickly, smoothly and without stress.
- Administer transport claims: evaluate documents, analyze situations, coordinate the process with insurance companies
- Actively communicate with customers by phone (not cold calls) and e-mail
- Consult customers and assist colleagues with claims issues
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation (including AI solutions)
What do we expect?
- Fluency in Russian and English (verbal and written) required
- Excellent communication skills – most of the work is done by phone
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain contact with clients and the team
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
- Initiative, receptiveness and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and plan time

Salary:
From €1,300/month. in hand, but may increase depending on your competencies and achieved results.
