About the position
In this position, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of various claims, ensuring smooth cooperation with insurance companies, company employees and other process participants. The main focus will be on cargo claims administration, therefore we are looking for someone who is able to carefully manage processes, analyze information and promptly resolve emerging issues.
What will be your responsibilities?
- I will administer damages from various events (traffic, cargo, health), cooperate with insurance companies, other legal entities and individuals.
- I will manage fines (speeding, violations of the “Mobility Package”, etc.).
- I will administer insurance policies.
What do you need for successful work?
- Good English and Russian language skills.
- Analytical thinking, responsible approach to work, ability to quickly orientate and work carefully.
- Skills in working in MS Office environment.
- Similar work experience (a big advantage).
- Knowledge of traffic rules.
