👉 You will be responsible for:
- Timely verification of information provided in incoming claim documents
- Assessment of insured events and decision-making
- Collection of information and documents necessary to determine the circumstances of the event
- Detailed and objective investigation of the circumstances of the event
- Direct communication with clients in Lithuania
- Direct communication with our representatives abroad in English
- Participation in developing and improving claim regulation processes
👉 Important requirements for this position:
- English language skills are mandatory (verbal and written)
- Flawless Lithuanian language and ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Work experience in the insurance field would be an advantage
- Legal knowledge would be an advantage
