You will be responsible for:
- Assessment of insured events, decision-making
- Collection of necessary information and documents necessary to determine the circumstances of the event and investigation of the circumstances of the event
- Determination and coordination of the amount of damage
- Direct communication with clients and partners
- Participation in the development and improvement of damage regulation processes
Essential requirements for this position:
- Experience in property damage administration is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Basic English language skills
- Knowledge of civil engineering is an advantage
- Motivation to learn and improve
