We are currently recruiting a Claims Analyst to join our team. In this position, we will entrust you to contribute to increasing the efficiency of the Claims Department's operations by providing insights, developing analytical solutions, and ensuring high data quality and accuracy of reports.

What will your work day look like?

• You will perform systematic, comparative, and causal analysis of claims data, prepare insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• You will develop and improve analytical models, derived performance indicators (KPIs), and data visualizations.
• You will develop, maintain, and optimize reports and analytical tools using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and SAP Business Objects.
• You will analyze, connect, and transform data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases, APIs, etc.).
• You will ensure data quality, standardization, and efficiency of data processes.
• You will collaborate with other departments, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Higher university education in mathematics, statistics, information technology or a similar field.
• Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience working with the following systems:
• Power BI or Qlik Sense – report creation, data modeling, visualizations;
• SAP Business Objects – report creation, maintenance and optimization.
• Very good Excel skills, including: Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formula creation, data modeling and automation.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Diligence, responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team.

Advantage:

• Experience with ETL tools, Power Automate, Python (pandas, data analysis) or data visualization automation.
• Experience with BigQuery, SQL or other data query languages.
• Experience in insurance, finance or risk management.

Salary: from 3100 - 4000 Eur (excluding taxes) depending on the employee’s competencies and experience.
