What will you do?

What will you do?
- You will communicate with customers via email and phone - you will answer inquiries, help find the best solutions.
- You will track what questions customers most often have and help the team improve service processes.
- You will analyze customer feedback and complaints - you will look for reasons and suggest ways to improve their experience.
- You will administer claims processes - you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.
- You will cooperate with other departments so that customers always receive accurate and quick answers.
- You will consult with colleagues at the car washes - you will be the person who helps even in the most difficult situations.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Ability to plan time and work independently.
- Communicative, responsible, diligent.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
