What are the challenges ahead:
- Search for missing and damaged shipments during video reviews.
- Claims processing.
- Recovery of damages from the perpetrators.
- Communication by e-mail with customers, colleagues or partners.
- Elimination of recurring violations.
- Generation of new ideas, the opportunity to improve processes.
- Other work related to claims administration work functions.
What are our expectations?
- Similar work experience in claims administration or logistics (would be a great advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work individually and in a team.
- Good computer skills.
- Analytical thinking, quick orientation, diligence, responsibility, attentiveness.
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time planning skills.
