What will you do with us?
- Farm visits, farm consulting and building long-term cooperation.
- Active sales of crop services and consultations to clients, evaluating the farm from a technological and economic perspective.
- Serving existing clients, clarifying their needs and searching for new clients.
- Building and maintaining cooperation with potential and existing partners (participation in field days, events, lecturing at trainings, events, etc.).
- Achieving and implementing sales and other set goals.
A specific job position in the Samogitia region is being negotiated.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in agronomy, agroecology, agroenvironmental protection, agricultural technologist.
- Work experience in the field of crop production and sales in the agricultural sector.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ability to independently plan one's work, visits and achieve results.
- Responsibility and result orientation.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
