The nature of your work
- Organize and plan Ž.Ū. equipment repair work;
- Distribute work to mechanics and control their performance;
- Organize inspection and preparation of newly delivered equipment for sale;
- Ensure preparation of new equipment according to manufacturer's requirements;
- Organize preparation of used equipment according to the list of works compiled by the sales team;
- Resolve technical issues related to sold equipment;
- Organize warranty repairs and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers;
- Communicate with customers on service and warranty issues;
- Order necessary parts, materials and tools;
- Control deadlines and quality of work.
Requirements for the candidate
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and its operating principles;
- Ability to understand technical problems and organize their solution;
- Independence, responsibility and organization;
- Ability to plan and delegate work;
- Ability to communicate with customers, mechanics and suppliers;
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
