RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of product labeling information;
- Preparation, management and timely updating of specifications about products and raw materials;
- Preparation and updating of catalogs of specifications for labels, covers, films, additives and spices;
- Preparation of descriptions of technological processes;
- Participation in the development process of new products;
- Participation in audits taking place in the production workshop;
- Adding recipes to the program.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Higher education in food technology;
- Knowledge and ability to apply EU and LR legal acts regulating quality management systems, marking, standards in practice;
- Knowledge of the quality requirements of technological processes, raw materials and food additives;
- Ability to manage and systematize information, draw conclusions.
