We are looking for a manager who is able to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and strategic development in a large, complex organization.
Your main tasks:
As an HR team leader, you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle and strategic management of HR processes:
- Form an HR strategy that unites different departments for a common goal.
- Lead the HR department (5 professionals), set operational priorities and develop team competencies.
- Implement modern engagement, training and performance evaluation systems in an organization where different generations and professions meet.
- Create a transparent, competitive and motivating remuneration system.
- Ensure that employee safety and health is not just a document, but a fundamental value.
- Strategically plan and coordinate personnel processes (selections, induction, training, internal communication).
- Become a reliable partner for group and team leaders on personnel management, motivation and team building issues.
- Monitor personnel management indicators, prepare reports and provide recommendations to increase efficiency.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives, manage internal communications, and foster organizational culture.
- Effectively collaborate to ensure occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Higher education (in the field of personnel management, management or law).
- At least 7 years of successful work experience in a personnel manager position (experience in a large public interest company).
- Excellent knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania, occupational safety and health regulations.
- Ability to work with a wide range of responsibilities - from strategy to document administration supervision.
- You are a leader who is able to inspire change and find a common language with employees at all levels.
- Distinguished by analytical thinking, able to base decisions on data.
- Have strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Fluently communicate in English and Russian.
- You are independent, proactive and have a high level of personal responsibility.
