Your main responsibilities:
- I will form employee development plans, organize and administer training, ensuring their quality, feedback and real applicability in everyday work.
- I will create and develop engagement, employee well-being and motivation initiatives, implement internal communication and strengthen positive employee experience.
- I will participate in performance evaluation and engagement research, analyze HR data and training results, and translate the insights obtained into concrete changes.
- I will contribute to creating the employer image, promote employee ambassadorship and actively participate in organizational changes (structures, process updates).
- I will ensure smooth administration of HR initiatives, streamline personnel processes and play an important role as an initiator of public procurement (prepare specifications, monitor contracts).
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education (in HR, management, psychology, law or economics) and at least 5 years of experience in the HR field (of which at least 2 years in project management).
- Successful experience in developing education, training or mentoring projects, as well as experience in working with administrative and public procurement processes.
- Basic knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania related to HR activities.
- Excellent Lithuanian (C1) and good English (B1) skills, ability to analyze data (Excel, Power BI or similar) and experience in working with project/process management tools.
- Analytical thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, initiative and ability to ensure complete confidentiality.
