You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with daily human resources processes, work with documents and internal systems, and grow together with a professional team. After successfully completing the internship, you will have the opportunity to continue your career in the company.

Internship period: The duration of the internship can be agreed individually during the interview - we will discuss the possibilities of adjusting the period according to mutual needs. 0.5 full-time internship is offered. A 6-month fixed-term internship with the possibility of extending the cooperation is also possible.

You will be responsible for:

  • Involvement in personnel document administration processes;
  • Communicating with candidates by phone and e-mail, providing initial information and preparing responses;
  • Entering and updating candidate and employee data in internal systems and databases;
  • Managing employee information and documentation;
  • Ensuring smooth daily personnel administration processes together with the team.

  • You are studying or have graduated in human resources management, administration or a related field;
  • You are proactive, responsible and willing to learn;
  • You are able to work carefully with documents and information;
  • You are organized and able to work in a team;
  • You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
