Your role in the team:
- Organization and coordination of employee transport
- Conclusion of car rental contracts
- Organization of car technical inspection, troubleshooting
- Car insurance tracking
- Administration of traffic accidents, in cooperation with insurance companies
- Preparation and administration of various types of documentation
- Constant communication with partners regarding car rental, cancellation, breakdowns and damages
- Coordination of fuel cards (issuance, acceptance, tracking)
- Planning and management of employee business trips to ensure optimal employee rotation at facilities
- Preparation of reports
- Communication with employees on various issues
