Your role in the team:
- Preparation and administration of various types of documentation
- Preparation of reports, systematization of information
- Planning and management of employee business trips to ensure optimal employee rotation at facilities
- Communication with employees on various administrative and organizational issues, prompt resolution of emerging problems
- Organization and coordination of employee accommodation
- Ensuring smooth work by solving daily organizational issues
