With a team of more than 60 specialists, we focus on the installation of ventilation systems, the implementation of engineering solutions and basic construction work. Nature of work
In this position, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of HR processes and the coordination of daily activities of employees:
- Organizing employee flights, accommodation, transport and cars;
- Controlling the budget related to travel, accommodation, transport and cars;
- Organizing employee distribution according to the rotation plan prepared in advance by the coordinator;
- Tracking employee working hours via a tracking app;
- Daily control of absences and their correct marking;
- Controlling wage agreements and hourly rates;
- Tracking bonuses according to applicable rules;
- Ensuring that employee working hours are entered accurately and accounting can properly prepare salaries;
- Solving daily employee questions and problems;
- Carrying out the employee onboarding process from the logistical side.
