WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Human Resources Specialist at UAB Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, your daily tasks will include:

  • Participation in the development, improvement and implementation of personnel processes
  • Initiation and implementation of personnel initiatives and activities
  • Participation in the employee selection process
  • Management of personnel documentation and preparation of related reports
  • Preparation of documents and certificates related to employment relations
  • Close cooperation with various departments of the company

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Higher education in human resources, business administration or similar field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field of human resources
  • Good knowledge of personnel administration process
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Good working skills in MS Office
  • Experience in working with SAP system would be considered an advantage
  • Practical approach to work, diligence, independence and responsibility
  • Good cooperation, teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages, both written and oral
