Nature of work
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.
We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.
In this position, you will:
· You will consult with managers and provide assistance in the areas of employee management, team building, and daily personnel issues.
· You will analyze employee turnover, adaptation, and performance indicators, prepare conclusions, and make suggestions to managers.
· You will organize employee engagement surveys, surveys and other feedback tools, analyze the results and make recommendations.
· You will apply the principles of managing conflict, sensitive or difficult situations with employees and managers in practice.
· You will plan, coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement.
· You will apply the company's internal HR management processes, standards and best practices in daily activities, collaborating with teams.
What we expect from you:
· Higher education (psychology, human resource management or similar field would be an advantage).
· Experience in personnel management, HR partner or similar field.
· Ability to analyze data (e.g. employee turnover, engagement, performance) and provide substantiated insights and recommendations.
· Ability to manage complex or sensitive situations, resolve conflicts constructively and professionally, based on the company's internal procedures and the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 15 Eur/hour. up to 18 EUR/hour* (~2520 EUR - 3024 EUR) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence; with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
