We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team – someone who not only has a good understanding of the intricacies of personnel administration, but is also able to create order, clarity and smooth processes in the organization. You will be responsible for:
- Preparation and administration of personnel documents (conclusion of employment contracts and their amendments, preparation of orders, authorizations, letters, preparation and administration of internal procedures and procedures, etc.);
- Performance of personnel recruitment, transfer and dismissal procedures and preparation of related draft documents;
- Introduction of newly employed employees (timely registration of them in the systems, management of all necessary documents, distribution of information);
- Timely updating of internal procedures, procedures and information systems and familiarization of employees;
- Employee selection (preparation of advertisements, coordination of interviews and meetings with candidates);
- Consultation of employees and managers on personnel administration and labor law issues.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position (an advantage is in the fields of personnel administration or personnel manager);
- You have excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and clerical rules;
- You have good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word);
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- You are meticulous, responsible, and attentive to details.
