Job description:
- Contribute to the formation and implementation of human resources policy;
- Plan and analyze employee needs, make proposals to management;
- Create and improve competency assessment, motivation and career systems;
- Analyze organizational climate and initiate changes to improve it;
- Prepare documents and draft legal acts and contribute to their improvement;
- Strengthen organizational culture and internal communication.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education (bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources management or personnel administration;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs and information systems;
- Be coordinated, able to plan work independently;
- Positivity, teamwork skills.
