Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate human resources processes throughout the entire employee journey – from selection to employment;
  • Prepare and coordinate internal communication and employee information initiatives;
  • Organize employee events, engagement activities and organizational culture strengthening initiatives;
  • Administer the publication of job advertisements, coordinate candidate search and selection processes;
  • Prepare employment contracts, their amendments and other personnel documents;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new employees;
  • Monitor the progress of probationary periods, performance evaluation processes and implementation of goals;
  • Organize training, coordinate employee development and career initiatives;
  • Administer employee surveys, microclimate studies and contribute to the implementation of action plans;
  • Prepare personnel reports, systematize information and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of human resources processes;
  • Experience in coordinating selection, recruitment and employee development processes;
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
