Main job functions
- Cooperation with managers on personnel and labor law issues.
- Management of the entire employee cycle - from selection and employment to the end of employment.
- Planning personnel needs and attracting talents.
- Coordination of the employee development, engagement and training process.
- Coordination of the employee performance and competency assessment process.
- Implementation and improvement of personnel processes, policies and procedures.
Employee requirements
- Higher / higher education;
- Similar work experience;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating labor relations;
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP);
- Personal qualities: sociability, organization, ability to work and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
