Nature of work

  • implementation of education (training) policy, timely collection and generalization of education and training needs, formation and control of the training budget and consulting department heads on the selection of educational programs and specific educational tools;
  • assessment of training quality, data entry into the training database, performance of statistical analysis of training;
  • organization of procurement of received training needs;
  • coordination of the implementation process of the employee professional and future competence model;
  • development and implementation of a strategy for cooperation with educational institutions, implementation of the scholarship awarding process and other initiatives aimed at increasing the awareness of the energy profession, organization of talent attraction actions;
  • development of initiatives and measures that help foster the company's organizational culture and values, organization of employee engagement research, coordination of the development and implementation of action plans for strengthening and improving engagement.
  • initiating and implementing necessary changes (system implementation, process improvement, etc.).

Employee requirements

  • higher education (in psychology, management or similar field);
  • experience in implementing educational policies and employee competency models;
  • experience in creating, implementing and implementing systems, processes for the development of people, culture and organization, applying good practices;
  • knowledge of legal acts regulating employment relations and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written) and good knowledge of the English language (oral and written).

Offered remuneration: 2900–3500 EUR (taxes included), depending on competencies and experience.
