Nature of work
- cooperation and development of new relationships with external educational institutions (universities, colleges, training centers, schools, career specialists, employment services, etc.) in order to publicize the field of electricity and attract potential candidates;
- supervision of the process of accepting interns in the Company (including process development);
- supervision of the adaptation process in the Company (including process development);
- organization of general training, organization and conduct of the newcomer's day for employees;
- participation in mentoring, equal opportunities development and other projects within the scope of the UAB "EPSO-G" group of companies, development of personnel digitization projects in the Company;
- provision of necessary reports, indicators, preparation of internal legal acts within the limits of one's competence;
- performance of office manager functions during vacations;
- implementation of other initiatives organized by the department (events, etc.)
Employee requirements
- proactivity, creativity in strengthening the employer's image, simply - enjoyment of working in the field of HR;
- experience in implementing various personnel projects;
- excellent communication skills, efficiency, courage to take initiative;
- excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package), knowledge of effective selection management systems and methods;
- ability to manage large information flows and work under tight deadlines;
- Category B driver's license.
