We are currently recruiting for: People and Culture Manager to join our team
If you want to contribute to the smooth creation of employee experiences and the formation of an inclusive organizational culture in the Baltics, join us! This position is ideal for someone who wants to delve deeper into personnel administration, processes, and the employee journey within the organization, while also contributing to internal initiatives and improving performance standards.
Responsibilities waiting for you:
Administration of employment relations and other personnel documents;
Management of employee selections: preparation of job advertisements, initial interviews;
Coordination of the induction process, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees;
Coordination of the training and development process;
Coordination of occupational safety and health services with an external provider;
Participation in initiatives to improve the efficiency and standardization of personnel processes;
Involvement in internal culture and communication initiatives, organization and coordination of internal events.

Expectations for your experience::
At least 2 years of similar work experience;
Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply it in practice;
Higher education;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Skills in basic MS Office programs;
Organization, ability to flexibly plan tasks, taking into account priorities;
Analytical skills, diligence and responsibility.
