Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Preparation and placement of fish on special smoking screens;
- Management and supervision of the smoking process according to set parameters (temperature, duration);
- Loading and unloading of smoking chambers;
- Quality control of products;
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace;
- Maintenance of smokehouses and equipment and documentation management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Responsible and meticulous approach to work;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Physical endurance and willingness to work in a shift schedule;
- Experience in the manufacturing / food industry is an advantage (but not necessary).
