Your daily routine will be:
Searching for and attracting new customers: active work with the local and international market (B2B and B2G).

Selling 3PL services: forming packages for warehousing and warehouse rental, customs brokerage, distribution and value-added services (3PL).

Relationships: nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers and optimizing their logistics processes.

Analytics: monitoring market trends, preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations.

Collaboration: working closely with the operations department, ensuring the implementation of promises to the client.

You have successful experience in B2B sales (in the field of logistics, forwarding or warehousing - a big advantage).

You have a good understanding of the specifics of 3PL services and the principles of supply chain operation.

You are a "hunter" type of personality - you like negotiations, challenges and are result-oriented.

You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (foreign languages - an advantage).

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to find a common language with managers of different levels.

From 1200 €/mon. net
Fixed portion from €1200 net + bonuses that directly depend on your results (without a "ceiling").
