Join a professional engineering project team working on significant industrial, energy, infrastructure and renewable energy projects in Lithuania and abroad. We are looking for an organized, responsible and communicative person who would ensure smooth daily office work and be an important support to the team.
Nature of work
- Coordination of office administration and daily processes;
- Preparation, registration, systematization and archiving of documents;
- Performance of OHS functions
- Administration of calls, e-mails and information flows;
- Assistance to the project team in preparing documentation, contracts and other administrative information;
- Organization of meetings, coordination of business trips and calendar;
- Organization of office supplies and cooperation with suppliers;
- Reception of guests and assistance in ensuring a professional office environment;
- Assistance in organizing internal events and team initiatives.
Employee requirements
- Experience in administration, coordination or customer service is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Working skills with DVS Avilys, SAP - an advantage;
- Ability to work with documents and information flows;
- Good Lithuanian language skills and basic English;
- Organization, responsibility, communication and initiative;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several tasks at once.
