We are looking for an administrator for order management and customer service.
Main tasks:
Receiving customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram and Messenger messages.
Registering, adjusting and coordinating orders.
Communicating with customers regarding prices, assortment, delivery and order details.
Transferring information to the production and delivery team.
Maintaining e-mail and social media messages.
Assistance with daily administrative tasks.
