As we continue to grow, we're looking for an AML Specialist to join our Risk & Fraud team! In this role, you'll help ensure a safe and secure customer experience by reviewing customer activity, identifying suspicious behavior, and supporting AML/KYC processes. 👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Review existing user accounts, payment activity, and payment card usage while identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent behavior;
  
• Perform new user onboarding by verifying submitted information, documentation, and conducting ID reviews;
  
• Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat related to AML/KYC matters;
  
• Communicate with customers regarding additional required documents or information;
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide support on AML, KYC, and related compliance matters;
  
• Contribute to improving internal processes and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• At least 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring and KYC;
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity;
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion;
  
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience;
  
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues;
  
• Proactive approach with interest in improving processes and contributing to team development;
  
• Experience in Compliance or Customer Support is considered an advantage;
  
• Availability to work mixed shifts on weekdays and weekends, including 09:00–17:00 and 12:00–20:00 shifts;
  
• A genuine interest in gaming culture would be a big plus.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 8.30–10.50 Eur/hour (gross) for daytime hours, depending on experience.
